At first, I was honestly a little worried. After two months of waiting on SMEG to send help, they finally aligned Super Appliance Repair to take on the job. I can’t tell you what a relief it was when the technician showed up. He had made quite the trek to get here, and once he was in my kitchen, all my worries faded. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly determined to fix the problem. I called them about my issue, and they said the earliest they could come is in 3 days. and the service call is already $95. I’m afraid to even guess what their repair rates look like.

We didn't want to buy a new Bosch dryer so we got a diagnostic call from Big Al. The experience was fantastic from the get-go. Such amazing service, we're devoted customers now!

Prompt professional service and no games. Their guy even suggested that we shouldn't fix our old washer because of the serious issues he found (that getting a new one would be more cost-effective). I will keep these people on my speed-dial.

I can't say enough good things about Big Al! When my Whirlpool dryer suddenly stopped working, I was dreading the thought of being without it for weeks. I thought I'd have to go through the long queue of waiting for Whirlpool to send someone out. I called in the morning after it broker, and to my AMAZEMENT, Big Al was able to schedule me the very same day. Big Al was indeed big (if that's who serviced my oven). They were quick to fix my issue and had great communication on letting me know what was wrong and when they'd be back to fix it.

Big Al is da man! Did a great job diagnosing and repairing our freezer water leak. He knows his stuff with appliances alright. Arrived on time, did the job quickly and left everything tidy afterwards. No complaints whatsoever. Great job. And he's nice dude too. We have had several appliances fixed by Al and Dimitri. I appreciate getting an explanation of what went wrong and what my options are so I can make an informed decision. These guys are worth their fees as they are professional and knowledgeable.
