I cannot say enough nice things about this company. They are prompt, efficient and professional. I have had him service my Speed Queens a few times and he does a fantastic job.

Kirill came same day and was efficient, honest and professional.

Kevin came over literally right after I called him. He had the product that was needed to fix my dryer. He told me what else I needed to do. All in all I would say this was a great experience and I would definitely use this company again.

I highly recommend Kevin! He was extremely friendly, great communication, on time, respectful by wearing booties in the house and keeping the area clean, and quick with my repair. All is working great now and would definitely use them in the future!

Sergei was very professional. He replaced my garbage disposal timely, was on time, took his shoes off without me asking and had a smile on his face the whole time. I would use state appliance repair again.

Our technician went above and beyond by calling on a Sunday to let me know the part had arrived, then coming over within the hour to fix my washing machine before he left town for a few days. It was so thoughtful and really saved the day!

Our washing machine wouldn’t drain the water suddenly and as a busy veterinary clinic, we generate many loads per day. We called at 8am and had a fixed washer with a new water pump by 11:30am. Thank you!

Kevin was extremely responsiveness. He was also flexible with me on the day of my appointment to accommodate for last minute time change. He repaired my dryer quickly and made sure I was satisfied before leaving.

Found out the hard way that our LG refrigerator had decided it didn’t want to work any longer. I spun the google wheel to find a repair company to help me. I chose State Appliance Repair largely because of a review that said they were kind and fair. I’m a contractor and that is how I do business and wish to be known. Not the cheapest and not the biggest with the most pretty trucks. Kind and fair. Kevin responded promptly and came out within a couple of hours when he said he would. He diagnosed the issue and helped me with LG’s warranty process. The new compressor was on LG. The work on me. I was worked in so I didn’t have to wait four days to get things back in order. The work is specialized and skilled. I’m sure someone would’ve done it cheaper. A whole host of bigger operations would have cost much more. With what I do I am often asked if I know an appliance repair company. I do now. I hope to never need Kevin and State Appliance Repair again, but should I be in the unpleasant situation of needing appliance repair I will only make one call.

Kevin did an excellent job. He arrived ahead of schedule and completed a difficult task in less time than expected. He has excellent communication skills texting his time of arrival and his success at securing needed parts to get the job done. This technical problem was with our Bertazzoni range; a complicated technical issue and he did an excellent job repairing it.
