He fixed my washer. But he was late 15 min.

Found out the hard way that our LG refrigerator had decided it didn’t want to work any longer. I spun the google wheel to find a repair company to help me. I chose State Appliance Repair largely because of a review that said they were kind and fair. I’m a contractor and that is how I do business and wish to be known. Not the cheapest and not the biggest with the most pretty trucks. Kind and fair. Kevin responded promptly and came out within a couple of hours when he said he would. Kevin was extremely responsiveness. He was also flexible with me on the day of my appointment to accommodate for last minute time change. He repaired my dryer quickly and made sure I was satisfied before leaving.

Our washing machine wouldn’t drain the water suddenly and as a busy veterinary clinic, we generate many loads per day. We called at 8am and had a fixed washer with a new water pump by 11:30am. Thank you!

Our technician went above and beyond by calling on a Sunday to let me know the part had arrived, then coming over within the hour to fix my washing machine before he left town for a few days. It was so thoughtful and really saved the day!

Sergei was very professional. He replaced my garbage disposal timely, was on time, took his shoes off without me asking and had a smile on his face the whole time. I would use state appliance repair again.

BEWARE! Don’t use these people. Somehow LG sent my service to them and they rejected it. I had had this service timeslot booked for over a week. So, in turn, I wasted an entire afternoon (today) waiting on them! Then I called them and all the guy would tell me is that his link to LG is broken. I really needed this refrigerator fixed so if you’re looking to have your appliance fixed there is reputable companies that will repair your appliance, just not this guy! They’ll likely call you and tell you they won’t show up! Please don’t waste your time, like they did mine, as I had important things I had to reschedule! Look elsewhere!
