State Appliance Repair

Tech was late even tho I was his first appointment of the day and spent less than 2 minutes at the property. This company has a very strict appointment and confirmation policy but yet doesnt respect the clients time at all. Not a professional service

BEWARE! Don’t use these people. Somehow LG sent my service to them and they rejected it. I had had this service timeslot booked for over a week. So, in turn, I wasted an entire afternoon (today) waiting on them! Then I called them and all the guy would tell me is that his link to LG is broken. I really needed this refrigerator fixed so if you’re looking to have your appliance fixed there is reputable companies that will repair your appliance, just not this guy! They’ll likely call you and tell you they won’t show up! Please don’t waste your time, like they did mine, as I had important things I had to reschedule! Look elsewhere!
