I wanted to take a moment to recognize an exceptional employee, Alex Dunn. Alex got involved several weeks ago after I reached out to have our roof assessed following water intrusion caused by an ice storm that created ice dams. He responded quickly, came out to assess the situation, and worked efficiently with his leadership team to develop a solution that worked well for us. Throughout the entire process, Alex went above and beyond in his communication—keeping us informed every step of the way—and was even on site during the installation of our new roof. He remained highly attentive to all of our concerns and made sure they were addressed. It’s clear that Alex is a very valuable asset to the organization and sets a strong example of what great customer service and accountability should look like. He completely turned around our experience and seems to be making a meaningful impact on the culture of the organization. I must also give glory to God for this experience. I believe He brought Alex into the situation at just the right time. It was nothing short of miraculous.

Alyssa Babb knows roofs. She goes the extra mile for customers. She is an excellent spokesperson talking to insurance companies. No delays,Alyssa makes things happen and follows through. She works long hours and goes beyond to satisfy customers. She gets the job done.

I had my roof replaced in February of this year by Southern Roofing out of Tupelo Mississippi and found the experience to be as good as could be expected. The Sales Representative, Ms. Savannah Watts was well versed in her product, potential insurance claims and the installation process. From start to finish the process went as smooth as possible. The job was completed on time and the finished product was to our total satisfaction. Ms Watts was professional and stayed in touch answering any questions and offering suggestions which were very helpful. I would recommend Southern Roofing to anyone needing a roof replacement.

they finally fixed the roof leak but now they wont come finish the inside. Its been months and mold has started to grow.
