The Sears technician was very knowledgeable and professional.
Repair still not completed after one and a half months. Said he would check later in the day to see if it was working, but he did not call! (Not sure which one of the previous technicians this comment refers to.) This new evaluation is for Muhibullah, I. Who performed his service on 4/14/26. He seemed experienced and apparently was able to repair my refrigerator after 2 months of failed attempts by 5 other repair technicians. The numbers are coming down, but I have to see if this continues. The numbers after 1 day are 45, 55, 66. Let's see if it continues to cool and gets to freezing. This has been a very frustrating experience with Sears, and I have lost a lot of money from spoiled food and not being able to buy food in bulk to save money. Repair was initially requested on 2/3/26. I would like to be contacted on how I can be compensated for my loss. Thank you!
Technican was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He is an asset to the Sear repair team ! My ice maker has not worked since July 2025..still Sears is practicing futility in trying everything but replacing the frig. Thoroughly disappointed in the warranty decision makers ! Sears has been procrastinating replacing the frig. Wasting time. The technician is excellent. He has been trying to let the warranty department know, through intense testing , that the icemaker is unrepairable. Im ready to inject the Consumer Protection Agency, here in DC, as well as The Better Business Bureau. They should be shamed by the lack of a timely response while waddling in the muck and mire of futility. This not the Sears of early era that was a go to outfit.
Your technician scheduled to come here today has been nothing but unreliable unworthy and unprofessional we have had appointments scheduled the last three Thursdays and no one has showed up. This is unprofessional. Unacceptable and I will be writing channel 9 channel 5, and channel 7 news to report Sears accountability for what we have endured the last eight weeks for them coming here to supposedly repair our refrigerator with no absolute results. I am canceling my contract with you. I do not want to ever deal with you again in life and if I have anything to do with it, no one else will either read it.
Technician was pleasant, efficient, and answered my questions helpfully and patiently. I appreciate all of that.
The technician was peompt and courteous. He was knowledgeable and presented the heat fault in understandable terms
Arron was wonderful, he took the time to make sure that was covered by my warranty and he rendered excellent service to my air conditioner. 🙏
