Mr. Severino is pleasant, knowledgeable, and instructive. Each time he has visited to service my furnace, I have learned something new about my furnace operation and how to better maintain it. I highly recommend Mr. Severino.
They were quick, efficient, añd friendly. Very professional.
This was perhaps the worst repair experience I’ve ever had. It was not all the technician’s fault, but it took 5 visits to get my oven repaired. The 7 hour window is highly inconvenient and 2 of the 5 visits, the repair tech did not come in the window I was given.
Eventually great and technicians were polite and helpful. But took several trips to fix the problem.
