The technician was thorough, efficient and very polite and kind. I was very satisfied with the job. I
Technicians arrived as scheduled and were provided the parts that had been ordered. They conducted the replacement of part in a very timely manner. Upon completion of the installation of parts they explained what was done. Both were professional and courteous.
David and Joseph are great service techs. Good jobs dond. Alfonso came on time at 10:45 left at 11:20 . He is a great service tech. Install part in a good time. 5
Alonzo explained what he did to repair my washing machine in terms that I can understand.
David, Was very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you for doing an excellent job after another company had failed. Will definitely recommend your company to others.
David the technician along with his two apprentices came to repair my dishwasher. They were quiet polite and worked quickly. Couldn't have had a better experience. And now my dishwasher is working again 👍🏼💪🏼
David knew exactly what was wrong with the washer. GOOD TECH
Es mucho tiempo esperar 18 días por una reparación de lavadora.
Horrible experience from start to finish. When I scheduled the appointment, I went through an AI-guided questionnaire and provided detailed information, including error codes, so the technician could come prepared. However, on the day of the visit, the tech simply read the codes and said a part needed to be replaced, something that could have been determined ahead of time. This meant I had to schedule a second appointment a week later. When the part arrived and the next appointment day came, I waited during the required 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. window, only to get a notice after 5:00 p.m. that they couldn’t make it. The appointment was pushed out another week. The following week, the technician showed up but said the wrong part had been delivered. Once again, I had to reschedule and wait another week. After multiple delays, the repair was finally completed. Unfortunately, the job itself was sloppy. The dishwasher was left sticking out about an inch, with a visible gap at the top, and now the rubber seal doesn’t stay in place and has to be pushed back in manually. The only positive is that the repair was covered under a Lowe’s appliance warranty. Otherwise, based on this experience, I would not use Sears again.
