2nd review: 4-13-2026 Contacted Sears on 3-19-2026 for appointment to fix refrigerator under extended warranty. They have not show up for 3 appointments without notification. AI now says there are no available appointments in area. 25 days without appointment or refrigerator is ridiculous. They will reply to this review on how sorry they are and to call a number which is only AI. The warranty is junk just like sear appliance service. David knew exactly what was wrong with the washer. GOOD TECH

Repeatedly missed scheduled service time over 2 days. Eventually had to cancel and try someone else. Wasted my time.

David the technician along with his two apprentices came to repair my dishwasher. They were quiet polite and worked quickly. Couldn't have had a better experience. And now my dishwasher is working again 👍🏼💪🏼
