Dealing with series took me over a month and two weeks to get my door switches replaced on my microwave. One person came told me what the problem was never seen them again. My guy Pierre came ordered me my stuff tested everything out to make sure it was nothing else wrong then also came back and started after his partner canceled on him. He did a fantastic job with installation and staying on top of this word he is the shining light of this company while this company its self was a let down!
Furnace was not working. Home warranty company contacted Sears and tech was out early Monday, despite a 13 hour window. He diagnosed, received repair authorization, returned and had furnace up and running before 2 pm
Gregory did a great job fixing my washer. He is friendly, fast and knowledgeable. I hope they send him out again if I need any other repairs.

We paid $129.99 for the air conditioner maintenance but the technician informed us there was a coupon to get maintenance service for $89.99 but when I inquired about it, customer service stated they were not aware of this and the technician could not honor that price without it. That was disappointing.
Since Sears is no longer it business it has taken 3 months and 4 or 5 different contractors to finally fixed issue with my washer to get repaired.
