Gregory did a great job fixing my washer. He is friendly, fast and knowledgeable. I hope they send him out again if I need any other repairs.

Had an issue with the Furnance, error code 31 and is not resolved. There is no option available to talk to a live agent.

Furnace was not working. Home warranty company contacted Sears and tech was out early Monday, despite a 13 hour window. He diagnosed, received repair authorization, returned and had furnace up and running before 2 pm

Dealing with series took me over a month and two weeks to get my door switches replaced on my microwave. One person came told me what the problem was never seen them again. My guy Pierre came ordered me my stuff tested everything out to make sure it was nothing else wrong then also came back and started after his partner canceled on him. He did a fantastic job with installation and staying on top of this word he is the shining light of this company while this company its self was a let down!

It’s hard for me to even give this 1 star. I hired someone to come diagnose and repair my dishwasher. The man was very nice and very polite however he did nothing to repair and I have to ask 4x to diagnose. He kept claiming he wanted to help save me money - however I was going to $120 just to have him there? So I didn’t understand how him then not wanting to fix it helped me. He instructed me to look up the model number, look at the handbook and figure out what parts to order and install them myself.
