I had a great call with Mark for our commercial building, RSSD was punctual and detailed in their inspections. They did a tremendous job in sealing up PTO roofing, overall a great company & will definitely keep in touch!

Eric was very thorough in explaining aspects of my roofing situation, and the report was provided within 24 hours. I recommend their services.

Robert was very knowledgeable about our issue and how to trouble shoot it. He gave us a reasonable quote and set up the appointment. The company stayed in touch frequently via email about your appointment. Emerson was timely and efficient at fixing our roof issue. Highly recommend!

From start to finish, Roofing Specialists did a great job on tearing off 2 layers of roofing and replacing it with a nice new cool roof with vents. Mark D. (our rep) was great to work with and very patient answering all my questions. The proposal was very clear with everything itemized and contained a lot of useful information about the parts and process. The guys who worked on it showed on time and did their best to protect the areas around the house and garage before working. When issues came up, they spoke to us immediately and we were able to resolve them. Our neighbors, who were watching them work, told us they were impressed. The roof looks great and after the job they cleaned up the yard (which was not easy because there were high winds the night after they started that blew debris everywhere). Mark warned us there would be a lot of dust and debris falling into the attic and garage and recommended getting tarps (which we did), so we expected the worse. But the workers cleaned up really well and got the debris out. They also went around with a magnet to get nails. I appreciated the photos of the work in progress.

Mark and his team did a great job getting us a new rood quickly. We appreciate them squeezing up into their schedule and between the rain in order to get us into our new house before Thanksgiving. I also appreciate Mark going the extra mile to make sure that the leftover paint matched and going to get the correct color. He took the time to explain everything and to answer all of our questions. I would recommend them to anyone looking for work on their roof.

Great communication and was able to come out and address a small issue with our roof very quickly to make sure it was done before a storm was coming. We really appreciated it! Happy to recommend to anyone needing roofing inspection or services.

Eric and Mark were great leading up to the project. The crew did excellent and fast work, cleaning up the entire site each day. In particular, I was very happy with the attention to detail, starting with the line-by-line quote that was provided. The crew covered all aspects, including replacing wood and painting! They provided loads of photos of every stage of the project. Definitely check out this company when considering a roof project.

After submitting my information i got a response next day to set up a time for them to come out and inspect my roof to see what i needed. They were very professional and not only told me what i needed, but also told me why, which is something i value. They were very good at keeping contact and giving me updates throughout the entire process in person, through text and email, and through call. They took alot of pictures throughout the process to keep me updated on how things were going. In the end, they got the job done very efficiently and it looks amazing. If anyone needs a new roof you cant go wrong going through these guys, they gave me peace of mind throughout the entire process.
