I've had the pleasure of working with Eric and his staff. He makes it very easy for the customer. The staff has a porta-potties outside, so the contractors never have to go inside the house. They also have an alarm when someone from the home is walking in or out, all the workers are alerted by their system, and they stop what they are doing. They also run their own electricity so they aren't using the home's power. I was very impressed with the whole operation, it was very clean, stress free, and professional.

If you want a company that communicates with you every step of the way, this is the company for you. I received lots of pictures of my roof from beginning, middle, to end. I was confident the job was being done right.

After submitting my information i got a response next day to set up a time for them to come out and inspect my roof to see what i needed. They were very professional and not only told me what i needed, but also told me why, which is something i value. They were very good at keeping contact and giving me updates throughout the entire process in person, through text and email, and through call. One of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever had with a business. I needed to get a quote for a roof repair on a house I am in the middle of purchasing. Mark was extremely inappropriate from the start. He was asking questions that didn't pertain to assessing our roof. Asking about the deal and how long we were planning on living in the house. It felt like he was just trying to see how much he could get out of us. He showed up to the property and got onto the roof even though no one was there yet. Had the best experience, inspection issue with my new homeowners policy and it was resolved in 15 minutes Eris was fast reliable and most important Honest. Would HIGHLY recommend him.

Eric inspected my house that was in escrow and provided a very detailed estimate while providing much education on roofing along the way! He did so all in one day despite his busy schedule.
