I've had the pleasure of working with Eric and his staff. He makes it very easy for the customer. The staff has a porta-potties outside, so the contractors never have to go inside the house. They also have an alarm when someone from the home is walking in or out, all the workers are alerted by their system, and they stop what they are doing. They also run their own electricity so they aren't using the home's power. I was very impressed with the whole operation, it was very clean, stress free, and professional.

One of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever had with a business. I needed to get a quote for a roof repair on a house I am in the middle of purchasing. Mark was extremely inappropriate from the start. He was asking questions that didn't pertain to assessing our roof. Asking about the deal and how long we were planning on living in the house. It felt like he was just trying to see how much he could get out of us. He showed up to the property and got onto the roof even though no one was there yet. He tore underlying off the roof to show me and brought it inside the house. He kept asking me "what do you want" repeatedly even though I had arranged for him to come see the roof and give me a quote for a repair. I sent him an initial report of the issues with the roof so he had that information prior to even arriving at the home. And still even after he got on the roof and inspected himself, I still haven't even received a quote from him. He is erratic and comes off as someone who is on under the influence. I regret even allowing him on the property.
