The plumber arrived, listened to my feedback, identified the issues, and rectified them. He displayed courtesy and professionalism. From the time I placed the call to the completion of the task, approximately three hours passed. It was fortunate that someone was available at the start of the 4-hour window, but it was a relief to have my issue resolved promptly.

The plumber was both courteous and skilled, and he left my bathroom spotless. I have never used NYC Plumbing before, but I am extremely pleased and will undoubtedly use them again.

The first plumber on Saturday informed us that his rod was too short to reach the obstacle. He dispatched a second technician. The second technician advised us that his rod was broken and that he would utilize a pressure pump from the kitchen sink because his rod was damaged.
