Super unprofessional. Rude dispatch who laughed at my emergency. This company will not help you out if you need them. Typical response was “within the hour” for 3 hours. Dispatcher told me the plumber was in front of my location when he wasn’t even close. Don’t waste your time.

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS BUSINESS. I had an emergency plumbing problem and called in the evening at 10pm. I was told I would receive a call back at 8am. With no call, I called the office at 8:09am, 8:44am, and finally 9:53am. Each time I called, I was connected to an agent who could not "connect me to the Main Office" and could only "page the technicians." I got no answer for when someone would be able to come. Finally I got a call back and was informed someone would be there within the hour of 10am-11am. With no one having arrived by 11:30am, I called and was told they'd be there "any minute as they were looking for parking." I call again at noon as they still had not arrived, and had no answer. I then sent a text to the number I had for the scheduling agent, who said he'd check on the delay. 15 minutes later he said they would be there any minute. At 12:45pm I got a message they had "been in an accident." That they got in an accident over an hour after they were "looking for parking" in front of my apartment is clearly a lie. Now I've been told they'll get someone here at 2pm. I specifically called this plumber for their emergency 24 hour services, and it's been 14 hours since my initial call and no one is in sight. I'm writing this review before their service even arrives because this has been a complete waste of my time and kept me from being at my job today. I was repetitively told that people within this same business could not contact each other (customer service vs. "the main office"), and then told a series of lies about the status of my technician. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS.
