Trust in the Workplace! - Tom provided my Wife and I with top notch service when choosing our new Kitchen Aid Range & Dishwasher. We couldn't be happier with our New Appliances. He provided top notch customer service in explaining our New Appliances Features/Benefits; and answered all of our questions to give us true Peace of Mind. When the time came for delivery, Drew & Gary were very polite and friendly during the entire installation procedure. They were very courteous while making sure they removed our old appliances without damaging anything in our kitchen. Once, our New Appliances were installed they explained how to use various settings on both the Range and Dishwasher; and made sure everything was in working order before they left. I will definitely be back to work with Tom and Milwaukee Appliance in the future. Thank You for Treating my Wife and I so well! A++++ Update - 3/19/2026 - Recently my wife and I purchased a new Whirlpool Dryer on the recommendation from Tom the owner. This Whirlpool model has been great so far; and is replacing a 2 year old Speed Queen unit that was unfortunately purchased elsewhere due to availability. After the other Appliance Storefront dropped the ball on three consecutive attempts to order parts and fix this model; and refused to replace the Speed Queen within reasonable accommodations, Tom helped us out by once again providing great pricing, service and support. Thank you once again for all your help again! We sincerely appreciate it! :). A+++++

Buy from Milwaukee Appliance. Period. They are knowledgeable. They are a local business. They support and repair all the products they sell. They will not hang you out to dry when something goes wrong (it will eventually) like the big box stores will. My family has bought many appliances from them, and we will continue to do so. Shoutout specifically to Brittany for all her help with our recent washing machine woes. My family sincerely thanks you.

Went in on a Saturday with a busted oven element. It's an older oven, but wanted to see if parts are available. The guy was great, 5 minutes, not in stock but can get it Tuesday. It's Tuesday, and my oven is working again. Not many places will source parts unless they fix it. Highly recommend.

I was having trouble communicating with an AI voice at another appliance service company. Fortunately, I found a real person answering the phone at Milwaukee Appliance. A real person called back to confirm the repair appointment. And a very real person, Dana, appeared on time to complete the scheduled repair. This was an exceptional customer service experience…particularly compared to the AI voice.

Had an Ice Maker that was leaking and finally stopped working. Dave came to repair it. Diagnosed it one day and replaced the unit the next day. Quick service, personable, neat, clean. Would highly recommend.

I called Milwaukee Appliance for my stove repair. They did my Grandfather's repair last year. He is a very particular man and he was absolutely satisfied! The office staff was great. Its easier for me text during the work day. Daina the repair man was great to work with. Communication and job scheduling was a breeze. He makes is look easy. We are so pleased with this company and products. They delivered our washer/dryer in our upstairs loft. Hooked up all the wires and vents and hauled away our old set. Very efficient and super great to work with. We will be going there when our other old appliances need replaced!!!!
