We have relied on Milwaukee appliance to handle. Our appliance needs for over 20 years. Their service is top-notch. They arrive on time and get the work done.

Great one on one customer service, unlike the big box stores. Definitely recommend and will be going back again.

We asked Milwaukee Appliance to take a look at our washer. A technician came out and, in five minutes, gave us an estimate of $600 for the repair. Naturally, we decided to buy a new machine instead. The technician charged us $169.39. I called and spoke to the owner, Brittany. She told me they charge a standard fee of $79.95 for the trip (we live 13 miles away) and $80 for the diagnosis. She tried to justify the fees by saying the tech drives all over town and the cost of the diagnosis is applied to repairs they do. But they still charge that fee if you decline the repair. Undisclosed fees, bate and switch business model. Do not use them unless you have asked about their visit and diagnostic fees as they will not tell you when you ask. We had a 30 second “diagnostic” where you looked ant the back of the fridge and were charged an additional $79.95 on top of the disclosed $80 show up at your door fee. Friendly, professional repair person, poor business model.

We are so pleased with this company and products. They delivered our washer/dryer in our upstairs loft. Hooked up all the wires and vents and hauled away our old set. Very efficient and super great to work with. We will be going there when our other old appliances need replaced!!!!

I called Milwaukee Appliance for my stove repair. They did my Grandfather's repair last year. He is a very particular man and he was absolutely satisfied! The office staff was great. Its easier for me text during the work day. Daina the repair man was great to work with. Communication and job scheduling was a breeze. He makes is look easy. Had an Ice Maker that was leaking and finally stopped working. Dave came to repair it. Diagnosed it one day and replaced the unit the next day. Quick service, personable, neat, clean. Would highly recommend.
