The Tech was amazing, calm, collected, and good at his job, explained everything clearly and did what he said he would. Would work with him again and again. He was very positive and took his time to get things right. The price of things is a lot but that seems true with the world we live in.

Cory arrived shortly after I called for service. He worked extremely hard to fix my problem timely, which he was able to do. I truly appreciate his efforts to solve the issue at hand. Especially appreciated how he made a point to leave the entire site spotless when he was done. He & Magic Plumbing made an awful situation tolerable with their professionalism.

Upgraded 1940s furnace with modern and Nest thermostat. The Magic team was great and handled asbestos abatement, removal, replacement, new ducts and connection of Nest. Got 5 quotes and while Magic wasn’t the cheapest, they had the best communication and customer service. Great company.

We had bursts of flame coming out from the bottom of our water heater - not a good thing! Called Magic Plumbing because they were listed as a service provider for our brand of water heater. From the phone call, to the service call, to the ultimate replacement of the unit, the entire staff were friendly and professional. They gave us a range of options of what we could do: repair or replace with enough information to feel like we made an informed decision. I will definitely call them again for future work (that I hope I won't need anytime soon!). It’s 6 years on and a part on our water heater failed. Alberto from Magic Plumbing came out to fix it and was wonderful to work with. He had some extra fun because the parts had changed - extra trips to the parts distributor - and he did so with good humor and professionalism. Thank you Alberto for getting us hot water again!

Jeff Griffin came out and took a look at my very old furnace. He was able to help me get it working again and also show me all my options for improving my system, both in effectiveness and efficiency. He followed up quickly with written estimates. He was fast, polite and friendly to deal with. I would 100% recommend him for any furnace, cooling or HVAC issues you may have.

Checked everything out inside the house and outside , cleaned out pipes that went to the sidewalk..great job..super satisfied.

Marco showed up promptly, diagnosed the problem, informed me of my options,cleared the drain and sewer lateral. I asked to make sure that the clean-out plugs had been put back in place. He said yes, but when I checked later, there were two clean-outs that were still open. so can't say five stars.

they charge 400% what other hvac specialist charge. i looked up their quote and the zoning damper they quoted me to install for the product was $1700. when i looked online the product was only $200. i had other companies quote me to do the entire job for 75% less. pros: easy to schedule, arrived on time to appointment, friendly tech. still not worth the price.

Needed a plumber for a clogged shower drain. I will start by saying that both folks we talked to (on the phone, and the plumber in person) were incredibly kind and helpful. That said, when they showed up, the company’s system quoted more than double what another well-reputed company ended up doing the work for. Would appreciate more clarity up front as it seems like Magic Plumbing has a very high minimum charge, even for a relatively straightforward drain cleaning. Recommend doing your homework and getting some over the phone quotes from others before settling on these folks.
