Marco showed up promptly, diagnosed the problem, informed me of my options,cleared the drain and sewer lateral. I asked to make sure that the clean-out plugs had been put back in place. He said yes, but when I checked later, there were two clean-outs that were still open. so can't say five stars.

Needed a plumber for a clogged shower drain. I will start by saying that both folks we talked to (on the phone, and the plumber in person) were incredibly kind and helpful. That said, when they showed up, the company’s system quoted more than double what another well-reputed company ended up doing the work for. Would appreciate more clarity up front as it seems like Magic Plumbing has a very high minimum charge, even for a relatively straightforward drain cleaning. Recommend doing your homework and getting some over the phone quotes from others before settling on these folks.

I called to get an appointment for someone to come in and check my AC ducting. When they called back, they said there would be a $680.00 charge if the technician had to get on the roof to inspect the AC unit. When you look at the price of a brand-new AC unit, it is 3-4k. They wanted to charge 15-20% of the price of a brand-new unit for coming just to assess the problem. What a ridiculous business. Ah, yes, if someone reads this, the person who gave me this info is Tiana. She said that was what she had been instructed to quote.

they charge 400% what other hvac specialist charge. i looked up their quote and the zoning damper they quoted me to install for the product was $1700. when i looked online the product was only $200. i had other companies quote me to do the entire job for 75% less. pros: easy to schedule, arrived on time to appointment, friendly tech. still not worth the price.

Installed a faucet that leaks everywhere, won't return my calls.

Checked everything out inside the house and outside , cleaned out pipes that went to the sidewalk..great job..super satisfied.

Jeff Griffin came out and took a look at my very old furnace. He was able to help me get it working again and also show me all my options for improving my system, both in effectiveness and efficiency. He followed up quickly with written estimates. He was fast, polite and friendly to deal with. I would 100% recommend him for any furnace, cooling or HVAC issues you may have.
