Dexter saved the information from my MacBook after I accidentally killed it with 20 oz of honey-laden tea down the keyboard. Oops. He also communicated quickly and clearly with my renter's insurance, which meant they paid for a replacement right away. More recently, I was lucky enough to buy a used iMac that he'd souped up with a great SSD. Better price and product than I could find online, and I'd been shopping around for a while. Thank you!

Dexter at MacHaus/GsxRecovery was super nice, offered great service, was clearly knowledgeable, and DOES NOT charge diagnostic fees. That's huge. We diagnosed my 7y/o mac with a logic board issue and ran through all the pricing options together. At the recommendation of Dexter, the value of my computer vs the cost to replace made repair illogical at the time. It's nice to see a business look out for the customer before bottom line. Edit: He followed up 2 weeks later when a less expensive logic board became available. Thanks for looking out!
