Dexter is a wizard! I dropped off my mac laptop with a faulty hardrive this morning. He saved all my data, and had it all swapped over to a new installed drive within 2 hours!

Brought my computer in mid morning and had everything explained to me. Was able to pick it up later that same day. :) Would highly recommend.

Dexter is not only a Repair Wizard, he is exceedingly helpful, kind , patient and accommodating! He even went above and beyond customer service norms by dropping off my laptop at Alaska Airlines cargo so I could receive it the same day that he repaired it! My MacBook works better than ever with a replaced logic board, new SSD, and updated OS. Thank you!!

Great service! Clean facility and the guys are very helpful. I had my hard drive replaced in an hour for a much cheaper price than a local competitor was asking. Yes, I would recommend.

I called to try getting my computer repaired, and the man on the phone was unbelievably rude. When asked a simple repair question, he said “No.” when I asked for more details, he literally yelled at me and said “I simply don’t do that!” One of the strangest and rudest experiences I’ve ever had with a retail company. Yikes! Stay away!

Dexter at MacHaus/GsxRecovery was super nice, offered great service, was clearly knowledgeable, and DOES NOT charge diagnostic fees. That's huge. We diagnosed my 7y/o mac with a logic board issue and ran through all the pricing options together. At the recommendation of Dexter, the value of my computer vs the cost to replace made repair illogical at the time. It's nice to see a business look out for the customer before bottom line. Edit: He followed up 2 weeks later when a less expensive logic board became available. Thanks for looking out!
