Great service! Clean facility and the guys are very helpful. I had my hard drive replaced in an hour for a much cheaper price than a local competitor was asking. Yes, I would recommend.

Dexter is not only a Repair Wizard, he is exceedingly helpful, kind , patient and accommodating! He even went above and beyond customer service norms by dropping off my laptop at Alaska Airlines cargo so I could receive it the same day that he repaired it! My MacBook works better than ever with a replaced logic board, new SSD, and updated OS. Thank you!!

Brought my computer in mid morning and had everything explained to me. Was able to pick it up later that same day. :) Would highly recommend.

Dexter is a wizard! I dropped off my mac laptop with a faulty hardrive this morning. He saved all my data, and had it all swapped over to a new installed drive within 2 hours!

Just called to explore having my computer repaired and or if they sell parts for individuals to try and repair themselves. The guy immediately seems offended, cuts me off and says that the internet is my friend, implying that I am trying to milk him for free information, and that I should go there instead. Well bud, I will go anywhere but to you, thats for sure! Thanks for showing me your attitude right up front. Anchorage needs more professional people who's demeanor is to politely explain their business policy and not arbitrarily accuse people of being information leaches. What I wanted to know is what manufacturer of SSD's and parts he uses and then what his rates and availability is. I would rather buy a new computer than to give any money to this rude individual!

I called to try getting my computer repaired, and the man on the phone was unbelievably rude. When asked a simple repair question, he said “No.” when I asked for more details, he literally yelled at me and said “I simply don’t do that!” One of the strangest and rudest experiences I’ve ever had with a retail company. Yikes! Stay away!
