I recommend this company. I liked working with Louisville Roofing. After getting quotes from a number of companies, Louisville Roofing kept striking me as the most straight-forward and honest. Eddie guided me from the get-go on my storm damage situation. This company is really experienced. Eddie & Ryan are especially responsive and they ultimately successfully serviced the whole project. The crew was great, worked cleanly, quickly, and they came back to finish a small detail I pointed out. There were no hidden costs. Nobody on my block got flat tires from roofing nails; the crew was really good. I'm really happy with the roofing shingles I chose - great product. New 6" gutters are solid. Replacing a roof through insurance is a hassle and requires advocating for yourself - just can't give up. I believe Louisville Roofing gave me the best pricing they could and delivered high quality.

We had a long process with our roof replacement, and while insurance didn’t ultimately cover the entire roof as we initially hoped, the team genuinely worked hard to advocate for us and stayed engaged throughout. Communication was consistent, and they made every effort to navigate the insurance process from multiple angles. More recently, I contacted them about a possible leak. They responded quickly, came out to assess it, and determined it was related to normal house settling—not the roof. They’re even sealing around the chimney to ensure everything is secure. I appreciate their responsiveness and willingness to stand behind their work.

Eddie came out and looked at my roof for leaks and damage. Told us how to fix our problem easy without paying a ton of money for someone else to do it! Very honest guys Edit: on second thought Eddie came back out at a later date and charged over $400 for a single nail and had no problem doing it. Will never be calling him again. Had another roofing company come out and do a stellar job and no conning involved

Louisville Roofing was the only company I received a quote that was willing to address an urgent leaks we were experiencing and move us up on their scheduled jobs. They were nothing less than professional regarding the installation of our roof taking pride making sure the job was completed correctly. Unfortunately, the leak continued. Upon their return, it was discovered that the cause of the leak was due to a problem above the roof line. Rather than stating the leak was not covered by them, Louisville roofing was committed to making sure our home was dry. They not only addressed the cause of the leak, but repaired and replaced wet drywall on the ceiling on the inside of our home. Our leaking roof was a major pain. I am so thankful for the commitment of Louisville Roofing Company and our decision to hire them, as I believe that the problem would still persist without their commitment to customer satisfaction.
