When I tried to bring up these issues, I didn’t receive a satisfactory response. Overall, it felt like the company was more focused on finishing quickly than doing the job properly

Eddie McClellan was good about helping me file an insurance claim on my defective shingles. But when he found out I wasn't going to receive a new roof, I never heard from him again.
