Louisville Roofing was the only company I received a quote that was willing to address an urgent leaks we were experiencing and move us up on their scheduled jobs. They were nothing less than professional regarding the installation of our roof taking pride making sure the job was completed correctly. Unfortunately, the leak continued. Upon their return, it was discovered that the cause of the leak was due to a problem above the roof line. Eddie came out and looked at my roof for leaks and damage. Told us how to fix our problem easy without paying a ton of money for someone else to do it! Very honest guys Edit: on second thought Eddie came back out at a later date and charged over $400 for a single nail and had no problem doing it. Will never be calling him again. Had another roofing company come out and do a stellar job and no conning involved

We had a long process with our roof replacement, and while insurance didn’t ultimately cover the entire roof as we initially hoped, the team genuinely worked hard to advocate for us and stayed engaged throughout. Communication was consistent, and they made every effort to navigate the insurance process from multiple angles. More recently, I contacted them about a possible leak. They responded quickly, came out to assess it, and determined it was related to normal house settling—not the roof. They’re even sealing around the chimney to ensure everything is secure. I appreciate their responsiveness and willingness to stand behind their work.
