We hired liberty fence to replace an old wooden fence at our business. They sent two men to do the job . They were polite and very happy and grateful . . when I tipped them . They did a perfect job . I would highly recommend liberty fence to anyone. Also the price was very fair

They told me it was a one day job, it’s been three weeks, they show up at 11:30 if they show up at all not to mention they left my neighbors side without a fence for three days and they have dogs! One worker was rude when I approached him. They left me with half of a completed job for three weeks now, been calling and they tell me they’re trying to reschedule, they’ve been backlogged due to rain. If you started my job, why wouldn’t I be the first on your list to complete? My mistake, I paid them! Stay away from this company!

Fence is two years old and broken before seeing it they said oh it’s it not covered , it was damaged by the weather. . I have been using liberty fence for forty years . I never had a problem till now . No matter what we did or said they would not help us . Please don’t use them they are far from the best . The best companies stand behind there product and workmanship . So disappointing!!

I purchased a fence from Liberty fence (Meacham Ave, Elmont) in 2004, sold at the time with a lifetime warranty on defects. Over the years, I’ve had a recurring defect where the rails disconnect from the post which liberty has serviced in the past, confirming it was treated as a defect. I’ve also paid without issue for tree damage repairs on two occasions, since that was clearly not a defect. Now, Liberty is refusing to honor the lifetime warranty and is claiming it is only a 15 year warranty stating they lost older contracts during super storm Sandy. They’re attempting to charge nearly $200 to fix the same defect they’ve addressed before. They want to charge me a “discounted rate” of about $200 for less than 5 minutes of work on this KNOWN defect. I would like to add, over the years I have never had a positive experience calling the office. The office staff is rude and unprofessional, and I always have to follow up several times before someone gets back to me. This just adds insult to injury. Look them up on some of your local town Facebook pages and you will see a ton of negative experiences. Liberty fence continues to disappoint by not standing behind their defective fence and installation. I would never recommend Liberty to anyone.

Absolutely horrible product quality. Many of the pannels were either used, scratched or damaged. Will never provide my business to them again. Items were either returned with black stains, dirt etc... stay away from this company.

I have never experienced anything like this from a company I hired for work!! Unprofessional, can not make appointments to start or finish project, poor administration staff with communication, craftsmanship on finish is unsatisfactory and nothing but excuses on why there is a no show but want money. Never again!!!!!

I recently hired Liberty Fence for a fencing project that included installing two railings. The initial plan was a two-part process: fencing installation on the first day and gate and railing installation the following week. The fencing was completed on April 28th, but it's now May 20th and the second part of the job remains unfinished. The lack of communication has been frustrating, with me having to constantly reach out for updates. I even took a day off work based on their promise to complete the job, only to receive a last-minute cancellation call. This experience has been disappointing, to say the least. Given the poor communication, lack of accountability, and failure to meet their promises, I would strongly advise against hiring Liberty Fence. If possible, consider alternative options for your fencing needs.
