May 11, 2025I had my fence and railing installed a few years ago. I contacted Liberty fence quite a few times stating the railing installed was uneven, loose and the installers broke the brick that supported the bottom post of the railing. Crickets and no resolution from the owner or the sales person Denis who conveniently forgot about me as a customer and the issue I was concerned about from the beginning . Now the railing is very loose and the brick fell off the bottom step and still no phone call back after emails and phone calls asking if they can repair what they improperly installed from the beginning. It’s very sad Liberty Fence that you don’t stand by your work or honor your customers after they paid thousands of dollars you turn a blind eye and deaf ear. Very poor customer service from the very beginning. Response : The masonry failed because your company broke the brick upon installation which I asked you to repair and Denis the salesman said it was fine. You should have repaired it from day 1 I would not be having an issue if you stood by your work. Out of a courtesy for a good customer you should have repaired even after the fact. So your response is irrelevant making it seem you were willing to fix it only by charging me . A phone call back would have been nice. It shouldn’t take 2 months to figure out a resolution.
