Ken's Electronic Services

Ken's Electronic Service is located at 360 E International Road suite 5. Do call before going they are not always there. The website is lacking and tells you there is a virus on your device when you go to it. I suspect this is known already. I will say this is the first Google Maps I am not able to find an address associated with it.

I had a 55" Sony smart TV that I took to Ken's Electronics to see if it was able to be repaired. Ken was very up front about the pricing and the likelihood of repair which I appreciated. We investigated 2 different parts, neither of which fixed the issue unfortunately. The only thing left to replace was the panel which was cost-prohibitive. Even though my TV was not ultimately fixable, Ken was timely, communicative, and fair. I would use this business again 100%.

I'm a little late writing this....but I had a LG 70" TV and the screen just stopped working. LG for one was on the ball immediately; to make things better I was lucky enough to have Mr. Ken as my technician. He stayed in contact, told me exactly what was wrong and even showed me how he fixed the problem. My TV is working GREAT. If I could I'd leave SIX STARS!

Chris was very helpful on finding the issues and solutions to the problem. Very knowledgeable and understanding. Used their service through a 3rd party warranty claim. Wish the 3rd party major retail store had service like them. Took over a month to find a reliable service provider but Ken's Electric finally fixed the problem!

These guys are top notch! Thanks so much for fixing my dryer. I was considering throwing it out and buying a new one, but Ken offered to diagnosis if first for a very reasonable fee. All said and done? The diagnosis and fix cost 5x less than replacement. Th labor was very reasonable and the parts came in quickly. I was hoping only out for a week and it was back in my rental unit. I appreciate the precautions they are taking with COVID. Even though they aren’t making house calls, don’t hesitate to take your appliance into the shop. Very impressed!

Ken's Electronic Services came recommended by the corporate Samsung repair department after I first followed Corporate's advice for a possible fix to the irritating loud noise coming from the appliance. It didn't resolve the problem so I called Ken's and they came out, diagnosed the problem and initiated a suggested fix. The noise came back but wasn't sounding when Ken or Chris were on site. They stuck with it and discovered it was the fan for the ice maker making the noise. The ice maker had been turned off since forever but it's fan continued to run. Happy customer!

Called looking for a part for my TV he found it for me at a very good price and called me back the same day and has fixed one of my TVs in past good price fast reliable

Ken repaired our LG front loading washing machine. After getting info from me he was confident that he knew what the problem was and could fix it. He had to take the top and front off to access a connection to the thermistor and he did not take long to complete his work. We had a load of laundry going before he left and the problem was resolved. My wife and I were happy with his work and the price was very reasonable. A job well done and great service!

Ken did great job fixing my whirlpool fridge. He was on time, explained what he was doing. His price was reasonable & I am very satisfied with his work!
