Ken did great job fixing my whirlpool fridge. He was on time, explained what he was doing. His price was reasonable & I am very satisfied with his work!
Ken repaired our LG front loading washing machine. After getting info from me he was confident that he knew what the problem was and could fix it. He had to take the top and front off to access a connection to the thermistor and he did not take long to complete his work. We had a load of laundry going before he left and the problem was resolved. My wife and I were happy with his work and the price was very reasonable. A job well done and great service!
Called looking for a part for my TV he found it for me at a very good price and called me back the same day and has fixed one of my TVs in past good price fast reliable
Ken's Electronic Services came recommended by the corporate Samsung repair department after I first followed Corporate's advice for a possible fix to the irritating loud noise coming from the appliance. It didn't resolve the problem so I called Ken's and they came out, diagnosed the problem and initiated a suggested fix. The noise came back but wasn't sounding when Ken or Chris were on site. They stuck with it and discovered it was the fan for the ice maker making the noise. The ice maker had been turned off since forever but it's fan continued to run. Happy customer!

These guys are top notch! Thanks so much for fixing my dryer. I was considering throwing it out and buying a new one, but Ken offered to diagnosis if first for a very reasonable fee. All said and done? The diagnosis and fix cost 5x less than replacement. Th labor was very reasonable and the parts came in quickly. I was hoping only out for a week and it was back in my rental unit. I appreciate the precautions they are taking with COVID. Even though they aren’t making house calls, don’t hesitate to take your appliance into the shop. Very impressed!
Waste of my time and money. I understand that not everything can be fixed. But not only did they not fix the function of my CD player that wasn't working, when I got it back, after weeks, none of the other functions were working either... it's completely wasted my money, time, and now my device is completely useless. Also, their interactions during covid were not professional, and standoffish. I understand the need for a change in protocol to keep people safe, but it doesn't mean you have to lose all customer service etiquette.
