I had a major issue with my website being down recently. Neither my IT or web guy could figure it out. My website is business critical. I was referred to JP by a friend. He responded immediately and we scheduled a remote meeting. He was also puzzled about the issue, so he engaged a local company, Resource Data, he works with to assist. We were able to get a meeting scheduled later that day. After a long look, they were able to find out it was a database issue that was causing the problem. They were able to get the site back up that day. JP was extremely responsive and professional. I highly recommend him.
Absolutely knows his stuff! Tried several other "professional" sources for help. None could answer my questions or give me a solution, even Microsoft support. Within less than 30 minutes all my issues were resolved. From now on JP will be my first stop!
