Thanks for JP for helping me with my computer problems. His advice was timely and professional. JP helped me find a good solution.

As an IT manager for my company I've really appreciated having JP work with us. He's fair and knowledgeable and never tried to sell me a service I didn't need. He helped me figure out some of the best solutions for rebuilding my network and helped me find the best deals to save on my budget. He's been a fantastic resource for where I needed a helping hand, where I needed a backup (when I go fishing!) and backing me up with my boss when I'm trying to convince him that something is needed. On top of all that, he has never threatened my job, only supported it. As an inhouse IT manager, that's big. Most MSPs are looking to just sell their own services and get rid of he inhouse guy. JP never even came close to that. He always contacted me first and worked with me before ever suggesting anything to my boss. I can't recommend him enough!

Hands down JP is the best IT professional I have worked with in my career. I have used his services for almost 3 years in my small business and he never disappoints! He is knowledgeable, honest, reliable, and straightforward. JP always takes the time to explain things (in language I can understand) and offer options so I can make informed decisions. Their are great IT people and then their are gems, JP is a gem!

My work computer, the central hub of my day, wouldn't start up. I was getting a black screen and nothing was helping. I made a call and about an hour later JP called m back. Within 5 minutes the problem was solved. I saved his contact information and will use him whenever I need computer help in the future.
