Very informative and quick to reply. Was very helpful in my situation and did a follow up.

My work computer, the central hub of my day, wouldn't start up. I was getting a black screen and nothing was helping. I made a call and about an hour later JP called m back. Within 5 minutes the problem was solved. I saved his contact information and will use him whenever I need computer help in the future.

A friend referred me to JP Technical Services and I was not let down.
