Just had Ibex Roof install a new roof and they crushed it. Figuratively, of course. Fair pricing (middle of the road), super thorough process, and crystal-clear expectations from day one. Communication was excellent throughout, they were blazing fast (done in a day and a half!), and the crew was easy to work with and respectful of my property. Stress-free from start to finish. My neighbor and I went with Ibex because at the time they also offered gutters. Luckily I needed both. It took them about 3 days and have not had an issue. We thought we had a gutter problem, but it ended up being leaves. They responded quickly to our call and they came out within 24-48 hrs. Our roof and gutters were done in early 2024

Isreal found several problems, explained them and gave us a military discount plus a cost we could live with. Eric arrived on time and got right to work, sending pictures of before and after job done. Without pressure he took me through the options making my decision so much easier. Then came project manager Kyle - he arrived exactly on time, explained the project and what to expect - he was knowledgeable and helpful with answers to my questions delivered at a level I could understand. Day one - the roof replacement started on time the crew was courteous, professional and really worked hard the whole day (everyday) - the job took 4 days, the gutter crew followed with no gap in the timeline.
