When I sent the referral request via Anji the callback came promptly - Chris was friendly and quick to set up an appointment to assess the situation and offer options for repair of a leaking roof. Without pressure he took me through the options making my decision so much easier. Then came project manager Kyle - he arrived exactly on time, explained the project and what to expect - he was knowledgeable and helpful with answers to my questions delivered at a level I could understand. I now have a beautiful new roof and a dry closet. I must say IBEX roofing exceeded my expectations on all fronts. They did outstanding work on my roof. I had multiple spots that were leaking and they took care of all the issues with a competitive quote. Later when I had a recurring issue in one spot they came right out and took care of it.
Absolutely 💯 the best company, Cody was a great sales guy to walk me through the start of the project and then handed me over to nick the project manager. They both were so personable and so cool to chat with and super helpful. Fair price for such a huge rip out redue. You really get more than you pay for here. Simply the best 👌.
