Instead of treating me like a homeowner, they refused to proceed without involving my spouse. In 2026, requiring a husband’s involvement before discussing a roofing estimate with a woman is beyond insulting — it’s outdated, unprofessional, and deeply disrespectful. If your company cannot speak directly to a woman requesting a quote for her own property, you should seriously reevaluate your policies and training. We were ready to spend a significant amount of money and instead walked away disgusted by the experience. There are plenty of roofing companies that know how to treat customers with basic respect. We’ll be giving our business to one of them.
