Justin from Fritz Baumann & Sons replaced our water-driven, backup sump pump. The whole process from initial phone call to completed job went smoothly. As our job was not an emergency, our schedule was flexible. They kept us informed as the schedule shifted to the next day, then showed up on time and completed the job neatly. We're happy with the installation. We called many plumbers to replace this water-driven sump pump and only Fritz Baumann would accept the job. We had a hot water heater issue, and an appointment was easy to schedule. Service was prompt, professional, and friendly!

Purchased a sump pump with battery backup, also opted for the wi-fi adapter to receive alerts should anything go wrong with either pump (better safe than sorry!). Justin did the installation and couldn’t have been nicer. Knowledgeable, friendly, wore shoe protectors in the house - checked all of the boxes. The work was timely, done with care, he even showed me how it worked before sealing it back up (radon detector requires a sealed cover). Note that even before Justin, I spent at least 20 minutes or so on the phone with Brett, walking him through what I was looking for, he was patient, described the options, and quickly found time to come out and perform the work. I’d reach out to the Baumann team any time!
