Zac is an excellent Technician that did a fantastic job repairing my kitchen sink clogging and replacing very old pipes that were needed. In addition he took time to explain everything being done very clearly and was very courteous doing so. In addition I was very impressed and pleased with the clean up of the workspace when completed. I will definately reach out to Zac for any future plumbing I might need and recommend him to anyone looking for plumbing service that without a doubt will be pleased with.

Our plumber technician, Augustine, did an amazing job. He made sure the pipes were cleaned properly and he really listened to our concerns. He also diligently looked for the faucet cartridge so he can make the replacement.

Augustine was amazing. Clear communication pre-work, good workmanship, and wore booties and was very careful with not leaving any marks while moving heavy appliances.

We called Elite Rooter of SJ. The call was prompt and professional. They sent someone within 2 hours! Carlos called upon arrival to let us know he was outside our garage. We had him come up, showed him the issue and told him what we were told should be done. Before taking apart anything, he decided to check the garage for a clean out. He found one, and he tested it. The drain blockage was not there, so he troubleshooted some more, and he found the best method to fix our issue. He was hard at work, and my husband felt for him, so he helped him dump water and clear the buckets, etc. In the end, he fixed our issue, and he said if we have any issues to call him directly. Super nice guy and really prompt and professional. I like that he tried to find alternative routes that were less invasive first. I've saved their # in my contacts for any future plumbing issues.
