I had several issues Elite Rooter helped me with: replacement of main sewer pipe, replacement of toilet flange, sealing of smaller sewer drain pipe... Zach was really instrumental in overseeing all the projects and was very easy to communicate with and even came to my home several times during after hours for emergency repairs.
Agustin was very friendly and helpful. He diagnosed and fixed our water heater fairly quickly. Also showed up very soon after the call.

Just wanted to share how satisfied we were with this company, and especially one of their employees, Erick. He came out to help us with an overflow from our washer and a backup in our bathtub. Erick was very polite, took his time to diagnose and explain the issue, kept us informed every step of the way, and made sure the problem was fully handled. He spent quite a bit of time trying to snake the pipe, but it was far too clogged for that. We ended up needing a high-pressure flush, which solved the problem. He was also very clean and professional—wearing shoe covers and even putting on a suit before going under our crawl space so he wouldn’t b... We called Elite Rooter of SJ. The call was prompt and professional. They sent someone within 2 hours! Carlos called upon arrival to let us know he was outside our garage. We had him come up, showed him the issue and told him what we were told should be done. Before taking apart anything, he decided to check the garage for a clean out. He found one, and he tested it. The drain blockage was not there, so he troubleshooted some more, and he found the best method to fix our issue. The worker was very knowledgeable, friendly, and went out of his way doing his best work. Left everything clean. Answered all my questions he was gerat.
