Excellent service I would use them again

Just wanted to share how satisfied we were with this company, and especially one of their employees, Erick. He came out to help us with an overflow from our washer and a backup in our bathtub. Erick was very polite, took his time to diagnose and explain the issue, kept us informed every step of the way, and made sure the problem was fully handled. He spent quite a bit of time trying to snake the pipe, but it was far too clogged for that. We ended up needing a high-pressure flush, which solved the problem. He was also very clean and professional—wearing shoe covers and even putting on a suit before going under our crawl space so he wouldn’t bring dust into the house. After flushing the clogged pipe, he also took the time to clean up the bathtub afterward. The cost was very reasonable as well. I highly recommend this company. They did a great job hiring such an excellent employee like Erick.
