Wonderful experience working with Mac, Nicolette and the rest of the Charm City Roofing team! Would absolutely recommend to anyone who needs their roof replaced.

They just replaced my roof and rooftop deck, the deck door, siding, gutter, as well as applied a coating to my lower roof (they also got the permit for the deck replacement). Mark, the project manager was very responsive and great to work with, patiently answering my many questions. The crew worked for four days and were very polite and cleaned up well after, leaving it practically spotless. After it was done they were, again, still very responsive and came back to do a few touch ups quickly. I talked to 6 contractors before choosing one, and Charm City was reasonably priced. I’d hire them again in a heartbeat.

Opening disclaimer: I am a VERY demanding customer and do my homework before I use any home contractor. (My wife claims I over study these issues.) I spent over two months getting estimates and reading reviews before selecting Charm City to do my rowhouse roof replacement in Canton. The work was done in early November. I am absolutely delighted with the work that was done. Chris (from Sales) was extremely attentive to me throughout the process, while the work was underway and even after the work was done. Very impressive. Brayan, the job site foreman, was in constant communication with me and responsive to all of my questions. Because my home is large, the work took over 3 days. (I knew that going into it.) The team was professional, cleaned up after themselves, and very polite. The Charm City price was competitive - not the highest and not the lowest. I do beliefve you get what you pay for. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I worried about my roof repairs and had received lots of cards and calls to do the work- but when my daughter let me know she had spoken with a guy named Chris and told him "my mom needs your services", I didn't realize just how much better I would sleep at night. Chris cane into my home and walked me, step by step, thru the entire process and options and made me feel in control and not overwhelmed. The price was super reasonable and everything went exactly as he said. I couldn't be happier with their services... and Chris is pretty dam cool too!

Remarkable Experience! I saw a worker from Charm City Roofing on my block in my Irvington neighborhood in West Baltimore. When I shared my roofing issues with him, he offered to inspect my roof on the spot. The information he provided gave me some knowledge that potentially save me hundreds of dollars on the necessary repairs. The gentlemen was ambitious, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and was willing to go the extra mile even if might not be a potential customer.

Charm City Roofing did a phenomenal job repairing our beaten-down flat roof and recoating it to last for years to come. Mac gave us an extremely competitive estimate and stuck by it, even when there was a misunderstanding about including the garage roof for recoating. The project was done quickly, and communication was excellent. We are glad to no longer have to worry at every rainstorm or snow over the winter!
