The process was smooth and I felt well informed from initial consult to project completion. I was presented with a range of options for my deck repair/replacement decision and once selected the work was scheduled and completed promptly without issue.

I am SO glad that i went with Charm City roofers! I had four bids, ranging from 10,000, up to 20,000, and they all said the same thing: there were SEVEN LAYERS of roof that needed to be removed, and it was becoming a structural issue. “Mac” from C.C. showed up and ACTUALLY WENT UP ON THE ROOF (which the others didn’t), and took about 30 pics (and a couple of videos), explaining EXACTLY what was happening up there. That morning if the job,i was getting nervous because of all of the banging, and i really was nervous my roof was going to fall in. I called Mac, and he walked me through what was happening. After the job was completed, (i also had the skylight replaced), he sent me detailed pics. The “befores” we’re actually quite upsetting. I knew it was bad, but not that bad. Just ALL that ROTTEN wood. After the shock of seeing how bad it really was, i was RELIEVED to see what was done-the AFTER photos-they replaced ALL of rotten wood, (and Mac sent me saw all of the pics), and topped it off with a brand new skylight, with the roof SEAMS wrapped around perfectly! I am SO HAPPY i went with these company. Also-i have to mention, that they use real PLYWOOD, not “pressed wood”. The guys that did the job were polite, and efficient, and made sure EVERYTHING was cleaned up (all debris- even on the front, and back porch roof. …And just knowing that my roof is now safe, (without the leaking ceiling), its a huge sigh of relief. Couldn’t be happier with Mac and Charm City Roofers!

Mac, the Project Manager, came to our initial meeting and stayed in constant communication during the entire process. He is very knowledgeable and patient with our many questions.
