Their team expertly removed our Deck-teck roof, repaired our leaks and rotted wood with precision and then efficiently installed not only a beautiful new Deck-tek roof, but installed brand new siding as an upgrade on our house. We had a great experience working with Charm City Roofing. They replaced our entire flat roof, installed new deck railings, and secured our existing rooftop deck. Mac, the Project Manager, came to our initial meeting and stayed in constant communication during the entire process. He is very knowledgeable and patient with our many questions. His team did a great job and we are happy with the final results.

I am SO glad that i went with Charm City roofers! I had four bids, ranging from 10,000, up to 20,000, and they all said the same thing: there were SEVEN LAYERS of roof that needed to be removed, and it was becoming a structural issue. “Mac” from C.C. showed up and ACTUALLY WENT UP ON THE ROOF (which the others didn’t), and took about 30 pics (and a couple of videos), explaining EXACTLY what was happening up there. Top shelf work: Mac Falby estimated the work competitively and supervised scheduling and invoicing professionally. Roof was installed on time and on budget, and work was excellent. Photos of finished job were much appreciated and helpful in reducing our insurance bill. Well done, Charm City!

The process was smooth and I felt well informed from initial consult to project completion. I was presented with a range of options for my deck repair/replacement decision and once selected the work was scheduled and completed promptly without issue.
