I have been doing business with Cardinal Fence for years now. Their work is top quality. The 6 foot gate I had installed some time back is excellent and should last a very long time. I highly recommend them .
Pete made sure we got our fence up in time for out event. It looks great and what we expected. Of course you have to be patient to get any outdoor work because of rain and storms. Thank you Pete.
Working with Pete and his team was a great experience. When they started work my fence was up in no time at all. They installed about 200' of fence, 6' tall (basic fence). Jose and his colleagues couldn't have been nicer to work with and were very kind, considerate and professional. They left the job site in great shape as well (they hauled away the old fence which was a big deal). I had a very positive experience and will certainly use them in the future when necessary.
Our fence was installed in sept after we purchased a home that needed a driveway gate. I wasn’t overly happy with the install as the side fence was at an angle, but when the gate started to lean out of its concrete post in March I called back to have it fixed. Pete was very responsive to my concern and to send someone back out who fixed it and made it right.
They are horrible!!! I gave them a large deposit almost 2 years ago, never received a fence or my money back after many many unreturned phone calls. Pete, the owner, is horrible, won't return calls or your money. He keeps the money and never responds or holds up to his side. I am a single person and I dont have money to just away!!!! NEVER NEVER NEVER USE THEM!!!!

This company didn’t complete the contractual service agreed upon on 6/26/25. Multiple attempts for a refund go unanswered. This is an unfortunate pattern, check reviews/complaints on BBB. Terrible ongoing experience.
Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Had a aluminum gate installed in November 2024 and now fast-forward almost a year later my gate is having trouble closing, and the latch is not latching correctly I have tried to contact them several times and to no avail they will not answer the phone or return any of my calls like others have stated I wish I could give them zero stars.
Accepted bid March 2025 never showed up now it is October and I have been requesting a refund for over a month. It is not worth it. I called Raatz fence any they are doing a great job and even cheaper don't waste your time and money with Cardinal. And for those of you who like who are waiting on your deposit do not give up, do not let them steal from you.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Like some other people below said, we were initially very happy with the fence and our gate. Despite cardinal having a major lack of communication with 1-800 dig. Not even six months after our gate wouldn’t shut. The posts aren’t level and the latch is nowhere near being able to attach. We contacted them at a minimum six times(probably more) and each time he told us he would stop by. No surprise he never stopped by and stopped returning any of our phone calls. If zero stars was an option that’s what I would have chose.
