Our fence was installed in sept after we purchased a home that needed a driveway gate. I wasn’t overly happy with the install as the side fence was at an angle, but when the gate started to lean out of its concrete post in March I called back to have it fixed. Pete was very responsive to my concern and to send someone back out who fixed it and made it right.

This has been a horrible experience. Workers came to my home 2 times. I received a price for the replacement of a fence. They took the deposit and the fence is still not put up. They have excuse after excuse for not showing up. I have had work done by Cardinal Fencing before with excellent results. This time it has been a complete nightmare. Found them to be unprofessional and dishonest.

We had damage to our fence in April. I called to notify and pay the deposit of $450. Every since May i’ve called weekly asking when the work is being completed. There's been delays with weather which is understandable but no communication and i’m consistently calling. I’ve called daily this week with no response…. We’ve had great quality up to this point but if you need repairs the customer service is disappointing.

Working with Pete and his team was a great experience. When they started work my fence was up in no time at all. They installed about 200' of fence, 6' tall (basic fence). Jose and his colleagues couldn't have been nicer to work with and were very kind, considerate and professional. They left the job site in great shape as well (they hauled away the old fence which was a big deal). I had a very positive experience and will certainly use them in the future when necessary.

Very similar experience to all the other one star reviews on this company. The customer service is absolutely terrible. No communication unless you are the one to initiate. Don’t return calls or voicemails. Only answer when you catch them at the right time. Deposit was made to start project months ago, have been promised 7 different times when the project will take place, and every time that the work is scheduled to be done, the day of there is a no call no show. Pete made sure we got our fence up in time for out event. It looks great and what we expected. Of course you have to be patient to get any outdoor work because of rain and storms. Thank you Pete.

I have been doing business with Cardinal Fence for years now. Their work is top quality. The 6 foot gate I had installed some time back is excellent and should last a very long time. I highly recommend them .

I paid Pete at Cardinal Fencing $1,300 on May 20, 2025 for vinyl fencing with a promised installation timeline of three weeks. It’s now August 6, and I have received nothing—no fencing, no installation, and no communication. After repeated follow-ups and excuse after excuse, Pete has now completely stopped responding. This is unacceptable business practice and incredibly poor customer service. Avoid this company at all costs. I would not wish this experience on anyone.
