The team at Capital City Appliance Service was called in for a warranty repair of an appliance. The team was alerted by the manufacturer and responding promptly and professionally. Once the diagnosis was confirmed by phone, they scheduled a technician to perform the service in my home. The technician was skilled on the appliance and pinpointed the defective part right away. Unfortunately, the part was on back order, and a repair was not possible. The technician made the extra effort to contact the manufacturer to expedite part delivery. Cap City did an outstanding job. The vendor replaced the unit and we will soon have new one.

The technician was very professional. He was able to discover the problem with my freezer/refrigerator almost instantly and was able to repair it in just a few minutes.

Over the past few years I've had Capital City Appliance do work on my refrigerator, dishwasher, and most recently my dryer. They do great work. They are quick and responsive. I will continue to use them.
