Super happy with how Austin Appliance Repair Masters helped us with our refrigerator problem. Our second fridge had a LOT of food in it when it suddenly stopped cooling. Our dishwasher broke on Sunday and I thought I would have to wait forever for help, but then I talked to Tony and he was able to come out the very next day! He has the knowledge, professionalism, and politeness that I was looking for. Plus, he's affordable. I couldn't be more satisfied with my decision. Tony did a great job repairing my dishwasher. It turns out that there was something stuck in the drain pump, and he diagnosed it quickly with minimal time on site! He cleaned everything up to make sure I had fresh water coming from everywhere again-less than an hour later, boom--works like new! This company must no longer exist. When I called the phone number, it was Max Appliance Repair. When I asked about the Austin Appliance Masters, no explanation was given. Super shady.
