Called them for service on my Samsung dryer and was told I was outside there service area. They are located zip code 78746 and I am in 78747 and their website said it was in their service area.

Tony did a great job repairing my dishwasher. It turns out that there was something stuck in the drain pump, and he diagnosed it quickly with minimal time on site! He cleaned everything up to make sure I had fresh water coming from everywhere again-less than an hour later, boom--works like new! Our dishwasher broke on Sunday and I thought I would have to wait forever for help, but then I talked to Tony and he was able to come out the very next day! He has the knowledge, professionalism, and politeness that I was looking for. Plus, he's affordable. I couldn't be more satisfied with my decision. I'll be using him again in the future if I need any other appliance repair.

I can say with confidence that if I need another appliance repair in the future, I will be using Appliance Masters again. They showed up when they said they would, were able to fix my washing machine problems, and when I went to check on their work I found the work area spotless.
