When I call the number it gets rerouted to Sears. Is this even a real business?

Called to see about having a leaking washing machine repaired, and informed the gentleman who answered that there was a dryer stacked on top. The immediate surly response was "Do you have a way to unstack it?" If I wanted to move and repair things myself, I would have already done it. The entire point of calling a professional is that the professionals act professional, do the work correctly and professionally, and hand me a bill. Next time try something like "Oh, there's a dryer stacked on top? It'll cost you $X more unless you can unstack them yourself in advance."

Suppose to show up between 10-2pm..they cancel at 2:05pm then tell me they will show up before end of day to make it right after wasting my entire day waiting around. Then I call at 5pm and they tell me to screw off! Literally! Worst service and wasted day of my life!! Do not use !!!!!

Called them for service on my Samsung dryer and was told I was outside there service area. They are located zip code 78746 and I am in 78747 and their website said it was in their service area.
