Vinny and his team were very professional did an excellent job of diagnosing and fixing the issues with our SubZero and clothes dryer. I will definitely be using them again next time service is needed.

We were quoted nearly triple the price by another company for our furnace issue, but they quickly diagnosed the real problem and fixed it at a much more reasonable cost. Amazing customer service. Unfortunately the original appointment made was not kept. When they realized their mistake they sent somebody next day. No charge. Sometimes scheduling slipped through the cracks, but when they realize the error, they were 100% customer service and gave me a free visit. They even said the cost of the washing machine does not warrant repair when you can buy a new one for the same price.

Got great people to work with, overall great experience

Technician did a fantastic job. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem. He had to order parts due to arrive in a couple days. He came back again we both the part and quickly installed it. We were very happy with the service.

Vinny and Brian were great! Clean, neat & well groomed. Personable and professional, too. The washer is back in the game -- the sound of it running is music to my ears!

Brian is wonderful! A few years ago he replaced the heating element in our dryer. When it wasn't working, Appliance Pro Repairs and Brian were my first call. He was at my house the next day, reset the dryer, got it working, and provided a plan for repairs if it stoped drying in the near future. While we never want an appliance to stop working, I'm glad to know who to call and that they will get life back to normal as quickly as possible!

Appliance Pro Repairs responded quickly to my service request and remained professional throughout our communication. They had same-day availability when my fridge stopped working and showed up right on time. They were able to diagnose the problem in about 20-25 minutes. Unfortunately, the markup on parts didn't fit reasonably in my budget, so I cannot comment on the repair process, as I've decided to go another route.
